It feels more like Fall now with sunny yet cooler weather and shorter daytime and I instinctively reach for deeper shades and heavier scents. As I see my preferred makeup and beauty products change to be more season-appropriate, I wonder whether anyone else do the same. Do you have any makeup or beauty must-haves for Fall?

Although there isn’t that many products I tend to replace in my everyday makeup bag  when the new season comes – there are some categories that undergo a revision. As for the eye makeup I noticed that more often than not I do use rose-gold, coppery and cranberry shades in my looks. I really love MAC Pigment Colour Powder in Rose for its saturated, intense duo-chrome that shifts from gold to warm-toned raspberry. Zoeva Cocoa Blend Eyeshadow Palette (reviewed here) is an amazing option for a coppery-bronze eye look and Sleek MakeUP I-Divine Eyeshadow Palette in Vintage Romance is another favourite of mine for a deeper aubergine look with hints of gold and bronze.

As for the blush I do prefer deeper shades for Fall with my current favourites being Sleek Blush in Pomegranate (reviewed here) that has a beautiful warm-toned berry red colour that gives your cheeks the most natural flush. NARS Dual Intensity Blush in Adoration (reviewed here) is another beautiful cranberry shade that looks natural on the skin yet is very autumn-inspired. Max Factor Creme Puff Blush in Gorgeous Berries (reviewed here) is a stunning mix of dark peachy pink and deep berry shades that turns into the neutral deep berry-mauve colour on the cheeks.

If you love darker lips I would suggest taking a look at the Catrice Ultimate Colour Lipstick in Plum Fiction that has a nice cool-toned berry shade or MAC Lipstick in Plumful (reviewed here) that is a cool-toned darkened fuchsia rose colour with stronger plum undertones. If you prefer matte texturesBourjois Rouge Edition Velvet in Plum Plum Girl is a gorgeous rich berry-plum shade that won’t dry out your lips!

As for the nail polishes I see the current season as an amazing opportunity to colour my nails with darker, deeper, richer shades than usual. I have recently purchased the KIKO Perfect Gel Nail Lacquer in Rouge Noir (that was a part of my most recent wish list) and I am so in love with this deep blackened burgundy red shade! Catrice Nail Lacquer in Out Of The Dark (reviewed here) is another amazing option for Fall as its purple taupe colour looks especially stunning on the nails this time of the year. The classic choice for the season would be ANNY Milady Marsala (reviewed here) – a muted wine red shade with purple undertones and a cream finish.

And finally, I love to use heavier sweeter fragrances in Fall like Nina Ricci Mademoiselle Ricci that is based around rose and red pepper or Salvatore Ferragamo Signorina Misteriosa (reviewed here) that is such a rich and deep scent – a contemporary mix of blackberry, neroli and patchouli.

Thank you very much for your attention.

Have an amazing day!
