March was a very busy month for me this year – and I have already partly explained it in my most recent Q&A. I was not only working out a new schedule for all my work, blogging and personal activities, but I was also looking for new products to help me cope with stress and help me relax. One of the amazing products I’ve found is the Yves Rocher Massage Elixir Essential Organic Rose Oil – an ideal massage oil.
Yves Rocher Massage Elixir Essential Organic Rose Oil (£25.00 or $34.00) is the nourishing organic argan oil and the relaxing organic rose essential oil of Oriental Massage Elixir intensely nourish your skin. Its subtle fragrance stays with you all day long. An amber-coloured, textured massage oil is ideal for a long body massage. Enriched with organic rose essential oil, it releases on your skin its treasures of beauty and softness.
Being that tired and stressed out I decided to significantly increase the amount of physical activities and go through a massage therapy. A lot of different types of oils are really good for you body – both as moisturizers and as oils for massage and therefore I decided to give Yves Rocher Massage Elixir Essential Organic Rose Oil a try. It is a part of the Yves Rocher Tradition De Hammam (SPA Rituals) collection that also includes a shower oil, clay mask for face and hair, a skin scrub, balm and soap.
The product comes in a glass bottle with a coppery cap. The amount of product you get is 100 ml that doesn’t seem like much but it actually lasted me for about 10 full body massages that is a full course of massage. It consists of oils, of course, but does not have a distinctive, particular smell to it. If you asked me what it smells like I would say that it has a very slight scent but I wouldn’t be able to put my finger on it. This makes this massage oil a perfect product for those who are unable to tolerate stronger scents that oils usually tend to have.
It is a very good massage oil and my masseuse admitted that it was really easy to work with. It is not too liquidy neither is it too thick that makes the gliding process exceptionally smooth. Besides that, it leaves your skin soft and nice to touch even after you wash it away. I did really enjoy having a course of massage with Yves Rocher Massage Elixir Essential Organic Rose Oil and I am pretty sure I will repurchase it for the next session in a couple of months.
