Product Empties: Quarterly Edition 2015 (4)

The year of 2015 is already over that means it is the time for the next quarterly empties that I publish each three months. I decided to skip some of my regular empties this time (like Clinique Clarifying Lotion, NARS Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base or Urban Decay Subversion Mascara Primer). This time I am going to focus on more or less rare empties and I am really happy to say that all products I am going to mention are truly great and I did really enjoy using them over the past few months!

I got a bottle of The Body Shop Vitamin E Face Mist somewhat around half a year ago and it instantly became a huge favorite of mine to refresh my face or to set my makeup with. It comes in a bottle of 100 ml or 3.3 US fl oz that will last you for quite some time because the mist is very fine and you can escape the overuse of the product. If you missed the limited edition MAC FIX+ in Rose – you can get The Vitamin E Face Mist because it smells like roses and I actually prefer this rose scent to the MAC’s one. I have already repurchased it.

Benefit Cosmetics The POREfessional Face Primer has been a favorite of mine for quite sometime now. I have more of a combination skin type now with the drier areas around my nose and on my cheeks whereas my forehead and chin can be slightly oily. This primer helps me a lot to control the oils as you can easily use it precisely on the problem areas and avoid drier skin. When you use this primer it looks like all your pores and oiliness have vanished. I will definitely be repurchasing it soon.

I already own quite a collection of foundations but whenever I want to have a light coverage together with the dewy finish – I always reach for the CLINIQUE Acne Solutions BB Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 40. The fact that I can actually use up a whole bottle of foundation with somewhat 25 foundations in my collection says a lot – CLINIQUE Acne Solutions BB Cream is that good. It is lightweight but biuldable and does not irritate the skin. It is a perfect choice for you if you are looking for a light foundation that actually takes care of your skin at the same time.

Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara has already caused a huge hype on the internet and for a very good reason! It has the most effective brush ever that allows you to coat each lash with a good amount of product and yet escape mascara clumping. It is the most beautiful and user-friendly mascara in the drugstore. I am a huge fan and I do have a couple of back-ups already.

Givenchy Rouge Interdit Magic Lipstick. It lasted me for such a long time and I decided that it is time to part with it although it has been a favorite lipstick of mine for a year or so. And it makes me so sad not to be able to purchase it again. Givenchy, bring the Magic Lipstick back! It is such a gorgeous your lips but pinker shade – and it is not a simple pink but a vampy, dark yet sophisticated purple pink hue to your lips. Loved it so much! And the black color of the stick is so impressive!

You might have already got tired of me speaking about Essie base and top coats in each and every one of my reviews on nail polishes. I do that because the Essie First Base Base Coat is so much worth mentioning! This is the best nail polish base I have tried – and you can rely on my opinion because I have already tried so many nail polish bases over the past decade! It prevents chipping and makes every nail polish go on smoothly and easily. I go through a bottle every month or two and haven’t been happier with my nail polish base ever!

My final empty product this time is the Prada CANDY. It already is a fourth bottle of my favorite fragrance that I ran out of. I love sweet and gourmand scents but Prada CANDY is something special to me. It is very sweet yet crisp and exotic at the same time. It smells like a mix of caramel and some woody notes. What makes it interesting is the Benzoin that is obtained from the bark of Styrax trees – it smells a lot like an incesise combined wit the sweet vanilla and that is truly unique!

What have you completely used up lately – makeup, skincare, nails or fragrance-wise? Tell me in the comments down below – I would really love to know!

Thank you very much for your attention.

Have an amazing day!

Hugs and kisses,

  1. My coworker told me to try the Body Shop Vitamin E Face Mist – I really like the toner from the line, so I’ll have to try the mist now!
I also love Prada Candy – I’ve only used maybe 20% of my bottle and I’ve had it for 2 years now.
Wow, you finished a lipstick! That’s so impressive!!!
