First Impression: Sleek MakeUP I-Divine Eyeshadow Palette in Oh So Special

I’ve wanted to try the Sleek MakeUP products for the longest time and have finally decided to give their I-Divine Eyeshadow Palettes a try as these palettes are definitely the most popular and best-selling products by the brand.

Sleek MakeUP OH SO SPECIAL i-Divine encapsulates everything that is fashion forward, sophisticated, and feminine. This exquisite addition to the i-Divine family has been created for all women and the OH SO SPECIAL woman is confident, on trend and courageous with her style.

Each of the Sleek MakeUP I-Divine Eyeshadow Palettes contains 12 eyeshadow worth 1.1 g or 0.03 oz of product with total amount of 13.2 g or 3.6 oz that is more than the Maybelline The Nudes palette has (9.6 g) but less than any of the Zoeva palettes offer (10 eyeshadows of 1.5 g each). The quality of each eyeshadow in the Oh So Special I-Divine palette is different, but the majority of shades perform pretty well on the eyeshadow base.

Look down below for more detailed review of each eyeshadow and swatches.

The selection of shades in this palette is beautiful, but the variety of finishes is very limited – you either have mattes or metallics. There is no identical or close shades in the palette as even Organza and Gateau have very different undertones and Pamper and Ribbon are two or even three shades away from each other.

I’ve created a makeup look for you using only I-Divine eyeshadows. I used a combination of Ribbon and Pamper in the crease as these shades are beautiful as crease colors. I mixed Organza and Gateau as all-over shadows and used Celebrate to darken the outer edge. I lined my upper lash line with MAC fluidline but also used the Noir shade from the palette to set it. For my lower lash line I used a thin layer of Wrapped Up.

I really liked the look I was able to create with this palette. It has several beautiful crease shades for both warm- and cool-toned looks. The metallics look gorgeous when applied wet and are actually really easy to use. The black shade is not that intense but works nice to set the liner.

It is a nice palette overall especially considering its budget-friendly price. To my mind, it performs better than the majority of drugstore palettes and I am looking forward to ordering more of the Sleek MakeUP eyeshadows. The Oh So Special palette offers you some really beautiful and wearable shades for everyday eye makeup looks and is a very nice palette for beginners and for those who want to try some new shades as there are 11 more eyeshadows palettes in the range (with lots of different color schemes!).

I hope this post was interesting and entertaining for you. Please leave your questions, thoughts and ideas in the comments down below!

Thank you very much for your attention.

Have an amazing day!

Hugs and kisses,

Dorothea
