Hello, gorgeous!

Today I decided to show you the products that I have completely used up over the past three months. It definitely takes some time to use any product to its last bit but it is a really good thing – products should last long enough. And as you can see there’s a variety of different products – makeup, skincare and fragrances, basically everything beauty related.

Last month I really enjoyed using Bath and Body Works Be Enchanted Shower Gel ($12.50) that is right now on sale along with many more different flavors on the brand’s web site for $5.00 each – such a bargain! By the way, the main notes of this partial shower gel are: citrus, pomegranate, wild berries and passionfruit! Such a yummy! I really love citrus-pomegranate combination and this one smells exactly like it! Moreover, the Bath and Body Works shower gels contain Shea butter, vitamin E and aloe for additional nourishing effect and my skin does feel a bit more moisturized when I use it.

I have already said several times that I have dry to combination skin and my hands also tend to be dry from time to time – and I hate this condition of the skin so I got used to take a hand cream or a lotion everywhere with me. One of my favorites is the Caudalie Hand and Nail Cream (£12.00 or $15.00). That is a truly wonderful product as it sinks into the skin in a couple of minutes and does’t leave oil residue on anything you might touch afterwards. And again – it smells like grapefruit and I love it! Works perfectly on my dry skin and is currently my absolute must-have for cold weather.

In cold and windy seasons I cannot also skip the lip balms and I noticed that more often than not I was grabbing these cute EOS lip balms ($3.29), that come in a variety of scents. I love the fact that these lip balms are 99% natural and doesn’t create any oily film on your lips. It also does not absorb too quickly and stays on you lips for quite some time. More about my thoughts on these lip balms you can read here.

Skin hydration is very important for me and I couldn’t resist getting the famous GlamGlow ThirstyMud Hydrating Treatment ($69.00 for 1.7 oz.). This mask lasted me around 8 months being used once a week as the brand says to use it as often as needed. I personally love the smell of the product as it smells like honey with cinnamon. This mask is quite tingling once you applied on your face, but this feeling goes away in a couple of minutes. One of a huge advantages of this mask is that it washes off so easily. As for the effect it is immediate but not prolonged. I find it to be a nice product for special occasions but it is not unique in terms of hydration. You can find more about the GlamGlow masks here.

What is definitely unique is the Clinique All About Eyes rich eye cream ($31.00 for 0.5 oz) that I raved so much about in many of my recent posts. It has become the staple of my everyday makeup routine immediately after I got it due to fact that it absorbs extremely quickly, doesn’t feel greasy, is very, very moisturizing and works perfectly with all of my concealers or foundations. I do recommend this product for consideration and you can read my full review of this eye cream here.

I have already mentioned my most favorite under eye concealer multiple times – Bourjois 123 Perfect CC Eye Cream (£7.99 or $11.95) that makes a perfect everyday combination together with the Clinique All About Eyes rich cream. The result of using these two product together is absolutely undetectable on skin, but the under-eye area looks highlighted, healthy and fresh. This concealer has a very bendable texture and it works for me as a beautiful, gentle highlighter. Moreover, topped with powder it lasts all day without any creasing. You can find more information about this product and other brightening concealers here.

Another eye product that I have already stored up in the amount of three is the NARS Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base ($25.00). This is the best eyeshadow base I’ve ever encountered and that is already the fourth or fifth tube I have completely used up. This base is definitely one of my most repurchased makeup items and that says a lot. This is an amazing product as is doesn’t dry out my sensitive eyelids, doesn’t alternate the color of eyeshadows, it intensifies the color even of these eyeshadows that perform the weakest and stays on perfectly till the end of the day with no sign of creasing. I have also done the full review of this product that you can find here.

Being a huge fan of Korean cosmetics I couldn’t miss the Tony Moly Aqua Aura Serum ($12.00) as it promises a ton of hydration. Overall it is a very nice moisturizer and it has an extremely lightweight, watery consistency as it is a serum. I loved to use it underneath makeup for additional hydration and it met my requirements pretty well. It also has very nice light smell to it and a pump that is a definite plus in terms of hygiene.

No doubt that another product that I repurchase the very often is a mascara. And I have completely used up the Urban Decay Supercurl Curling Mascara ($20.00) over the last three months. It is a very nice mascara and it does what it says on a tube – it provides a very beautiful curling effect that is ideal for natural eye looks and for those who doesn’t like to curl their lashes. This mascara also applies very well without clumping and I haven’t noticed any fall out with it throughout the day. It was one of my first Urban Decay mascaras and I still love it a lot for daily use.

And finally there is a fragrance that I used up to its last drop in the course of two years – Dior Addict Eau Sensuelle ($43.00), that, I believe, was a limited edition of Summer 2013. It is a very gentle, spring like fragrance that goes on very light and doesn’t overwhelm you. The main notes of the fragrance are rose, jasmine, musk and cedar. It is very elegant and classy and it is a flanker of Dior Addict fragrance family. I also used this product in one of my posts dedicated to glowing spring look, that you can read here.

These are the products I have completely used up by now. Hope this post was both entertaining and useful for you.

If you have any questions about the products mentioned in this post – please leave them in the comments down below and I will be glad to answer them.

Thank you very much for your attention.

Have an amazing day!

Hugs and kisses,

Dorothea
